Sally Pat Williams

Sally Pat is a Georgia native. Growing up in Covington, she came to Athens for the University of Georgia and never left! She impressively holds four degrees from the University of Georgia and is a Dawg fan for life.
Sally Pat lives and breathes Athens and knows the Classic City very well. She has raised two children, whose educations went straight down Baxter Street - from Alps Road to the University.
After 25 years of teaching for Clarke County Public Schools, Sally Pat earned her broker’s license and took over Athena Management as Owner/Operator in 2009.
Holly Brightwell
Office Manager
Holly was born and raised in Athens, Georgia. Having been a proud local for 35+ years, she knows the area very well.
As a lover of Athens, Holly stayed close to home to attend the University of Georgia and the University of North Georgia, where she studied art.
Holly began working for Athena Management in the Fall of 2015 and became part of Sally Pat’s family and Athena Management’s Real Estate Services manager shortly after.
Holly loves to do anything outdoors, anything that includes her dogs, and enjoys live music and art.
Katie McClelland
Realtor, Property Manager
Katie is a dedicated Georgia-based Realtor with previous experience in Kentucky and Illinois. She is passionate about real estate and property management and is known for providing personalized attention to every client.
Katie frequently supports first-time homebuyers, relocating clients, and those looking to invest in real estate, helping them make confident, informed decisions. Her goal is to build strong, trusting relationships through communication, care, and exceptional service.
Outside of real estate and property management, she loves spending time with her husband and her two young children.
